Four Tips diabetes – use them to your diabetes control

The diabetes disease and me. Sounds like a bad film. Perhaps part of my excursion with diabetes has been a bad film. Let me tell you why I say that. You may have experienced something of a similar situation.

When I went to my doctor in Oakland, New Jersey about two and a half years (November 2004) a year for my physical, he told me that my blood sugar levels were a little high and I should do something do anything. I ignored seek his advice. I thought that the blood sugar could be addressed by exercise and taking more vitamins. With no game plan I stayed the course. Meaning that I did what I always did. This was to eat what I want when I want and how much I want.

Over time, my blood glucose levels increased because of course I lived in denial about my disease. It was not achieved until my blood sugar level 325, that I embrace this disease and take it on head first decided. This article is about what worked for me.

Diabetes disease tip number one
My favorite strategy for use in the treatment of diabetes disease is the separation of good and bad fats in the foods I eat. Bad fats such as trans and saturated occupy a very small amount of my diet. The good fats such as poly and unsaturated fats are made of a much larger segment of my diet. This remedy has been a blessing for me. The neuropathy in my feet has become less and I feel like I have more energy. So be in a nutshell – eat more raw foods low in fat will help to control your blood sugar levels.

To complement the change in my diet I have herbs Fenugreek, Gymnema Sylvestre and Sugar Stable taken my blood sugar level lower. helped to achieve these three products, which I wanted. I suggest taking them in combination with other agents. My tip is that these herbs help, but it will not completely heal your diabetes. You can work in conjunction in order to change your diet.

Exercise. Exercise. Exercise. This is part of my therapy program. I am sure you have heard about the benefits of the work. I have found for me that, if you have some challenging workouts that my blood sugar reacts much more favorable as when I do a light workout. Training your body is a strong point, which can only benefit.

Diabetes disease tip number four
Learn to relax, has helped me stress in my life. Stress can only diabetes worse. Stress seems to make things a lot worse. I have gained some wisdom in this area. When a car cuts me off or if I miss a lift me up to a bottom 25 floors, I say I take something like "I better." Am I am still learning to this picture even more. I have meditated, which reassures me. Slow down my body and mind down to me helped. My tip is to take some time out to relax each day and with yourself you are good with his. Learn to take it easy.

So in brief, my four tips are:
Food to eat to support your cause. Stay away from fats, that it hard for your blood flow and high sugar content Make food.
Exercise, keep moving your body.
Use herbs and supplements to support your mission.
Relax. Find the time to take it easy.
