How true that Omega 3 substance from tuna can cure diabetes?
Diabetes is the one of the killer disease today.
It’s not true. There is no cure for Diabetes. However, with Type 2 Diabetes ( Adult Onset or Lifestyle Diabetes) if a person loses weight, eats healthy, exercise and, monitoring of blood sugar levels, then they may no longer require oral hypoglycemics ( to lower blood sugar) and/or insulin. Omega 3 fatty acids are helpful with some conditions because it helps the body to build healthy new cells. There are studies that suggest that fish oil is good for heart health, reduction of bad cholesterol and, there is some evidence that it may reduce blood sugar levels but, it does not cure Diabetes.
